To accelerate Ontario’s transition to a low-carbon economy by supporting sustainable energy businesses, jobs, and technologies.
The Ontario Sustainable Energy Association advocates for a prosperous Ontario supported by a thriving sustainable energy sector, green jobs, resilient communities, and healthy environments that are powered, heated, cooled, and moved by portfolios of sustainable energy.
We do this by helping member SMEs and entrepreneurs showcase their solutions across the province, nationally, and internationally through events, curated forums, and member communications.
How We Do It:
OSEA provides content rich webinars and workshops featuring emerging themes in the rapidly evolving sustainable energy industry
OSEA hosts its annual showcase, Green Energy Doors Open, that publicly recognizes promising SMEs working with emerging clean technologies in Ontario
OSEA engages with government and clean energy stakeholders to improve access to the grid, accelerate deployment of distributed energy resources, and improve energy efficiency.
OSEA holds Designated Intervenor status with the Ontario Energy Board, which means it is permitted to actively participate in OEB activities to help remove barriers to growth for sustainable energy companies.
